This five-month program is designed to allow the foundation of significant leadership development for every student where they will learn to find their strength in God and fulfill his plan in their lives.
Goals
Willow Leadership Training is a Bible-based, Spirit-led community expectantly seeking transformation into our identity in Jesus. Through the training of leaders we are able to establish a stronger community.

Equipping and discipling every leader that commits to fulfilling God's purpose in carrying out the Gospel to all people. This is done through inner healing, character development, skill development, and practical implementation of the truth. Students can bring the full power of Christ into their lives and the people who surround them

Practical Application
Apart from curriculum students will be tested in there skills and partake in multiple short missionary trips, to allow practical exposure.

ABOUT THE COURSE
At Willow Leadership Training, we focus on growing and developing individuals to become influential leaders. The reason for raising strong and capable leaders is to equip churches and mission projects with people who can set them for the long run. We achieve this by creating an intense program where experienced teachers will educate students. The teachers speaking at the school will pass on their experience rather than solely teaching specific topics or theology alone. All of the presented lessons are accompanied by practical implementation. During the five months, students will grow in their skills and focus on their part in the team. Each student will be tested in various areas: such as evangelism, fasting and prayer, organization, leadership, teamwork, and spiritual gifts. This five-month program is designed to allow the foundation of significant leadership development for every student where they will learn to find their strength in God and fulfill his plan in their lives.
